Project Description:
ITC’s new headquarters consisted of the design and construction of a six story, 125,000 square foot office building, a 50,000 square foot control center, and a three-story parking structure. The facility is located on approximately 86 acres of land along the east side of M-5, south of 12 Mile Road in the City of Novi.
Services Provided:
This project encompassed the design of infrastructure including roads, water main, storm, and sanitary sewer extensions. An extensive wetland study of the existing site was completed in order to minimize any impact on the wetland system. Design services included wetland, woodland preservation, landscape architecture, site planning, final engineering/construction design, and construction staking.
