In response to client demand, PEA started a Pavement Services department in 1993. This division was created to assist our clients in fixing and managing their pavement assets. Our firm began serving clients by identifying necessary pavement repairs and performing the engineering on those repairs. 

Since then, the Pavement Services department has evolved, now providing a complete Pavement Management program. This includes pavement inspections, pavement management, prediction modeling, financial planning, pavement repair engineering, construction contract administration, on-site management, pavement coring and pavement construction inspection.
